Beyond five stars!
We got the hotel plus tour package for our Fukuoka trip.
Our hotel was very much accessible to the train station and the shopping area. It even has its own shopping arcade in its basement. The rooms are spacious and clean. Also, the hotel staff are great and very accomodating. This was proven when I left a luggage at the airport. The hotel staff are of great help as they contacted some airport personnel so as I can retrieve my luggage. Because of their help, i did. With no hassle. The tour package was likewise excellent. Our tour guide, Maria San, was very bubbly and informative. No time was wasted during the entire trip. She was more than happy to accomodate our requests, ie, where is the best Yakiniku in Fukuoka, where to shop, etc.
Overall, our trip booked with Shore 2 Shore, for the nth time, was way beyond our expectations. Will definitely book our next trip with them.

Our tour was very interesting. Our driver also served as our guide. We didnt realize that Eden's Nature Park, The Philippine Eagle Center and Crocodile Park were long drives. Our only disappointment was the waling waling orchids at the Malagos gardens were not in bloom, however, we saw one at the Phil. Eagle Center and my daughter took its picture. We were able to visit the village where President Duterte resides and we took pictures outside of his home and bought souvenirs from the only street vendor there. There were other tourists too. The food was great at Luz' Inihaw especially the "panga ng tuna" which we couldnt finish. We went to Jakc Ridge Farm in the evening, on our own, and had a fantastic view of Davao City. Overall, the tour was very informative and we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you.

Hidden Valley Springs, Hidden Valley Laguna
It was on one of those cloudy days in August when we had the family trip to Hidden Valley Springs in Laguna. Not expecting much along the way, we were blessed and surprised to see that the weather there when we arrived, though overcast, was cool and breezy.
The road to the resort was itself an adventure. Imagine traveling though lush vegetation on both sides, seeing a couple of locals on horseback picking lanzones and rambutan, while others harvesting coconut in the area. The sound of birds singing is clear and truely music to the ears.
As we enter the private resort amid the virgin forest, we were greeted with tall trees, giant ferns, vast green lawn, and the sound of cascading water. We registered ourselves were welcomed with refreshing drinks. Excited of what Hidden Valley Springs had to offer, we decided to trek its reknowned virgin forest and waterfalls first and dipping in various pools for relaxation afterwards.
My family entered the forest trail, the kids racing ahead, as I boast to them that I will be seeing my old "friend" again. I looked forward to see that giant, century old tree standing grand and tall again. I was a child of seven years when I first came to this place. My mouth gapped when I saw this humongous tree in front of me. It was so huge that I guess it'll take 10 or more grown men with interlocking hands to be able to hug this tree.
A sad sight beckon us as we reached this tree. Once a majestic giant, now fallen. The local I asked from said it was struck by lightning at the height of typhoon Pablo. Heavy rain and strong gusty wind pound the resort that time. The resort suffered heavy damages, from tree uprooting to blown roofs, washed away trails to trees falling on to the function room; even the pools were not spared by rocks that came from the mountain.
Though broken, the staff and the entrusted people of the resort didn't waiver. They build up each other and together, they restored the resort to its former beauty, and more. The highlight of the restoration was the way the locals made use of the fallen giant. Instead of cutting the tree to small pieces, the locals constructed a walkable route on the fallen tree. We got to walk on the tree and observe its massive trunk and branches. Since the fallen tree destroyed much of the trail to the falls, the locals converted the abounding bamboos into paths on stilts, making the experience quite fun for us as well as boasting rights that we walked ON a giant
tree.
The walk to the falls was another experience that was unforgettable. Upon reaching the end of the trail, we had to thread in the stream with knee-high water to be able to see the falls behind the mountain wall. The stream, having been lashed by the storm, experienced its own damages. Big boulders washed into its rocky bed, restraining the water from exiting the falls area. This, in a sense, created a cold pool of fresh water just by the falls. Swimming was not allowed, but if you did, get ready to experience extreme brain freeze!
Thinking back, as I watched and guided the kids wade through the cold stream, walked and reminisced with them the fallen giant old tree, and observed different kinds of insects and plants, seeing things in the eyes of children made me realized how great our Creator is. Though destruction struck, He made man overall seer over His creation. He provided change so nothing can boast of its greatness, and yet change for the benefit of others.

Intramuros tour
One of the most notable destinations in Manila that you shoudn't miss is Intramuros. It's a city, built within the wall.
The wall itself was built from the old muslim kingdom of Rajah Sulayman, the last king of Manila, but was taken over by the Spaniards in 1571.
The materials that made the Wall was volcanic tuff and was used as a defense from other foreign invaders since it is the seat of the Spanish Government in Asia.
The city itself was well as the center of religion, education, and economy through its Acapulco-Manila Galleon Trading that lasted till 18th century.
Even with its strong foundation, Intramuros did not survive the World War II. It was bombarded, burned and destroyed both by Allied and Axis Forces in 1942 to 1945 where thousands of lives were taken.
Intramuros today tells our history through its heritage structures being rebuilt and renovated.
Visit this UNESCO World Heritage sites with an expert and friendly local guide, hear about the Philippines’ interesting Spanish colonial period, as well as its modern-day culture.

- the early start before it gets too hot travelling on open skies and barren land
- the rugged ride on a 4-wheel-drive jeep which can be sandy, rocky, dusty, bumpy, shaky, and watery all at the same time
- the trek to possible induce some muscle pain to first time hikers
The final stop at the volcano summit offers a majestic vista of the crater-lake.

Taal volcano tour, smallest volcano yet most active
Considered the smallest and the lowest volcano in the world is Philippine's Taal Volcano. It is only 1050 feet above sea level. It may be small but also the 2nd most active volcano in the country.
Over an hour away from Manila, depending on traffic, Talisay Batangas is the gateway to Taal Volcano.
A motorized boat boarded to cross the lake. An island in the middle of the lake is the Taal Island where local villages live.
There are 2 ways to climb and see the crater.

We had fun in Baler! We had the best tour guide! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner the first day (I did not read the package I got very well and was delighted about this). For the room, we prefer a more private are - good thing there were not much tourists around so the noise was bearable. Food at our resort was really good. It was also very accessible to the beach, being beach front (though we will definitely try Costa next time and bring our son along). Our surf trainers were also good and very accommodating. Too bad we had to end our trip early due to the storm -- which was inevitable. We'll definitely book via Shore 2 Shore Travel next time. Thanks and regards.

Villa Escudero was wonderful! I was afraid it was going to rain and grace our tour guide made sure we are first to get the experience to avoid the rain (which didn't happen). Grace was knowledgable in some history of Manila as we drove out of the city. Very interesting info. Driver jimmy was good too. In a nutshell, their emergency preparedness is notable. We amused ourselves with 1) Taipei 101 shopping 2) Sogo Shopping 3) City Link shopping 4) massages while waiting for the storm to pass.
We appreciate all the help you have extended. When the storm cleared a bit, your local counterparts offered the tours as they deemed safe. We missed Tarogo.

I am really sorry for disappearing, I had promised myself to write you when I was back but as you can imagine The work amount was overwhelming on return To Italy. I wanted to tell you that everything went smoothly and I was completely satisfied. I appreciated the prompt answers to all my emails and all the
solutions offered. Pick ups were both on time and the luggage transfer was a big help to us. If I just can say, I would have probably chosen a more comfy hotel than Go, maybe with a pool, as the layover in Manila was right after a long trip (Banaue) and right before another one (trip to Italy), but I fully understand The last minute change (unavailability of Sucat condo) and the question of cost. So I want to thank you for your professionalism and care, and I also would like to give a very positive feedback, even on TripAdvisor if you are on It. Our trip went very well. I want to highly recommend our guides. They were excellent and made sure that we were taken care every step of the way from pickup to final drop off to the bus in the rain. Jun was very knowledgeable about Ifugao history and native plants and herbs. He clearly had a great report with the
locals as we strolled through the small villages of Cambulo, Batad and Bocos. My wife and I are not fast hikers and Jun was very patient and taking actions to make sure our needs were met at every location. The Cambulo guest house staff stood out for being always helpful, smiling and worked very long hours for their guests and my wife's massage was much appreciated. Your post trip advice to use Victory Liner in Sampoloc to travel to San Fernando, Pampanga upon our return to Manila on Ohayami Bus also worked
out just fine. Only minor difficulty. The Ohayami bus 3 going to Banaue was an older model. That made our first day hike of almost 9 hrs a real challenge. On the return to Manila, the Ohayami bus was more modern with reclining seats and we were able to sleep. I will recommend your service to friends, having all the details taken care of by you, Juliet and Jun, allowed us to be reassured and save our energy for the vigorous hiking and enjoyment of the beautiful places and people of the Ifugao rice terraces. We had fun in Baler! We had the best tour guide! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner the first day (I did not read the package I got very well and was delighted about this). For the room, we prefer a more private are - good thing there were not much tourists around so the noise was bearable. Food at our resort was really good. It was also very accessible to the beach, being beach front (though we will definitely try Costa next time and bring our son along). Our surf trainers were also good and very accommodating. Our trip went very well. I want to highly recommend our guides. They were excellent and made sure that we were taken care every step of the way from pickup to final drop off to the bus in the rain. Jun was very knowledgeable about Ifugao history and native plants and herbs. He clearly had a great report with the
locals as we strolled through the small villages of Cambulo, Batad and Bocos. My wife and I are not fast hikers and Jun was very patient and taking actions to make sure our needs were met at every location. The Cambulo guest house staff stood out for being always helpful, smiling and worked very long hours for their guests and my wife's massage was much appreciated. Your post trip advice to use Victory Liner in Sampoloc to travel to San Fernando, Pampanga upon our return to Manila on Ohayami Bus also worked
out just fine. Only minor difficulty. The Ohayami bus 3 going to Banaue was an older model. That made our first day hike of almost 9 hrs a real challenge. On the return to Manila, the Ohayami bus was more modern with reclining seats and we were able to sleep. I will recommend your service to friends, having all the details taken care of by you, Juliet and Jun, allowed us to be reassured and save our energy for the vigorous hiking and enjoyment of the beautiful places and people of the Ifugao rice terraces. We felt short for not reaching the last waterfalls of Pagsanjan because of high water lever and risky. (due to rains) We were looking forward to it. Pagsanjan is pricy (regulated by the local gov't) plus the compulsory tips for the boatmen. Anyway, our guide was very helpful. We're looking forward to a hassle free and
enjoyable Bohol trip this May and I'll just update you once I've completed the balance.

Coron trip was great. Our expectations were met in all good terms. The shuttle drivers from and to the airport were fast, safe and efficient not to mention the cow/animal traffic we encountered, yet added as another fun and cute experience. The hotel (Eco lodge) staff were very accommodating and I'm giving the facilities an 8 overall, having a slow internet which I think is kinda bearable and they informed us beforehand. The Island tour was one of a kind, the food served is mouthwatering even the foreign people were bewildered. Kuya Jeff, salamat and the other tour guide are all awesome! Our guide has been so cool, funny and has shown generous hospitality and even brought us to the market - we were searching for dried fishes, he had us driven by his tricycle driver friend because we wanted to experience Maquinit hot spring. The dinner at Santinos Restaurant is unforgettable! We love the warm ambiance and the people. The food (babyback ribs and tuna sisig) was exceptional.
I have already recommended your agency to an old friend from the states who plans for a Coron trip as well and I think she's currently sending you inquiries. Please accommodate her well. You can again expect us on our next trips. We hope to receive the kind of service you have shown us from the first two travels.

Our guests who went to Singapore last November 21-25 were very happy about their trip arrangements. They checked out of their hotel early but stayed until 830pm before leaving Fragrance Hotel. The pick up from the airport was delayed though, but when they called the emergency number provided on the voucher, the vehicle came within 15 minutes of their call. Overall we really had fun except we were picked-up late for the Underground River tour (change of pick-up time did not get through since the hotel wasn’t picking up the call) and were still able to get back to the city for dinner. Honda Bay tour was supposed to be Cowrie Island, Luli Island, and Starfish Island. We ended up going to Pandan Island and Cowrie Island, instead (other guests in the joining tour insisted to go there). Still ok (na lang) since the kids were still able to swim and snorkel.

Our trip to Coron was awesome :) Though there was a weather disturbance that time, we were able to enjoy the trip in spite of it.
In addition to that, since most of the tours were cancelled earlier and resumed again, we were able to occupy the boat on our own as if we were having a private trip. Aside from that, most of the tourist spots covered in the island hopping trip were nearly empty and we had the island exclusively to ourselves.
What i like most about our trip is that we were able to convert one of our tour, which happened to be cancelled on the 2nd day, to another island hopping activity and town tour.

The trip was fun. We had a number of days respite from stress of work and we did enjoy the stay at Hongkong. The new airport was great. The hotel was great.---- clean and front desk/reception area personnel were courteous and provided good service.
Our only issue was at our pick-up day on the last day with the coaster driver’s attitude (to which your HK office already called a meeting with all the drivers regarding the matter).
The trip to Macau was also ok but it seemed that it lacks time. If I may suggest, to make the trip for a whole day so we can see more.

Our guests who went to Singapore last November 21-25 were very happy about their trip arrangements. They checked out of their hotel early but stayed until 830pm before leaving Fragrance Hotel. The pick up from the airport was delayed though, but when they called the emergency number provided on the voucher, the vehicle came within 15 minutes of their call. Thank you for accommodating all the changes for that trip. =)

Overall we really had fun except we were picked-up late for the Underground River tour (change of pick-up time did not get through since the hotel wasn’t picking up the call) and were still able to get back to the city for dinner. Honda Bay tour was supposed to be Cowrie Island, Luli Island, and Starfish Island. We ended up going to Pandan Island and Cowrie Island, instead (other guests in the joining tour insisted to go there). Still ok (na lang) since the kids were still able to swim and snorkel.

Our trip to Coron was awesome :) Though there was a weather disturbance that time, we were able to enjoy the trip in spite of it.
In addition to that, since most of the tours were cancelled earlier and resumed again, we were able to occupy the boat on our own as if we were having a private trip. Aside from that, most of the tourist spots covered in the island hopping trip were nearly empty and we had the island exclusively to ourselves.
What i like most about our trip is that we were able to convert one of our tour, which happened to be cancelled on the 2nd day, to another island hopping activity and town tour.

The trip was fun. We had a number of days respite from stress of work and we did enjoy the stay at Hongkong. The new airport was great. The hotel was great.---- clean and front desk/reception area personnel were courteous and provided good service.
Our only issue was at our pick-up day on the last day with the coaster driver’s attitude (to which your HK office already called a meeting with all the drivers regarding the matter).
The trip to Macau was also ok but it seemed that it lacks time. If I may suggest, to make the trip for a whole day so we can see more.

Our Coron experience in general was superb. The place was just awesome. In terms of the accommodations, Darayonan was just fine. But we loved Balinsasayaw Resort! With regards to planning of the itinerary, we encountered some problems. But there had been a confusion where our guide or transport-in-charge would pick us up. We were late for our island hopping and missed 2 sites because of the incident. That of course was a glitch… but the free dinner treat at Balinsasayaw Resort, with their great services, made up for our frustrations in the morning. So all in all, we still say it was a great experience!

The trip going there took us maybe 3.5 hours only, and yes, like what many would say, the water in the butanding area smells like the fish market, The water was salty because of the food they are feeding the fish.

To offer some positives, the hotel was a great central location and was good standard for the price. Also, the tour day we ran over the allotted time, but the driver said we could extend the time to see the remaining few places for a extra fee. So we got to see a couple more places before he took us back to the hotel.

It was an experience to be told many times.
The trip going there took us maybe 3.5 hours only, and yes, like what many would say, the water in the butanding area smells like the fish market, The water was salty because of the food they are feeding the fish.
It's not for the picky, but its worth the trip!

Louwill was really very good. He was always on time. I come from an industry that values time, being on time, and beating deadlines, so this was a big thing for me. He shared to us the history of the places we went to, which I think the kids also enjoyed listening to.

Overall, our trip was good. Kuya Jun, our driver is very accommodating. The hotel was nice but I think their breakfast was quite of a disappointment. We got to experience so much on the tour day, it was very enjoyable thanks.
But I would have preferred the driver guide talking to too apart from with my companion, that’s only for your info if you are looking to improve the service.... I am no way unhappy about the trip, we really had a great time!
To offer some positives, the hotel was a great central location and was good standard for the price. Also, the tour day we ran over the allotted time, but the driver said we could extend the time to see the remaining few places for a extra fee. So we got to see a couple more places before he took us back to the hotel.
